Terms

These terms are between you and ThoughtWeather Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.

Acceptance

Using ThoughtWeather means agreeing to these terms.

Accounts

Keep your account secure and do not share it. Tell us if you think somebody else has got into it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part periods, except where the law says we must or where we have plainly got something wrong.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• interfere with the service or its security
• scrape, resell or reproduce the service itself
• extract from it automatically, except through an API we have given you access to
• use it unlawfully or to infringe somebody else's rights

What we own, and what you own

ThoughtWeather owns the software, design, method, branding and its original readings. We give you permission to copy and use exported readings and prompts in your own work. You own the original work you create from them. We want you to build on it.

Using a reading

ThoughtWeather interprets observed public conversation. It is not a poll or professional advice, and a reading may contain errors. Use it as context rather than the sole basis for a consequential decision.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
